When a product link stops working

Start with what opens on screen. Editing a few characters cannot restore a listing the seller has removed.

Shopping precautions before you pay or ship

Save the current listing and selected options before placing an order. Ask about an unclear size, missing variant or unsupported product before paying. A familiar photograph is not evidence that a replacement listing supplies the same item.

Keep money for the later parcel payment. Check route restrictions for the actual contents. At the warehouse, raise an incorrect item, damage or missing measurement while a return can still be discussed; ask about eligibility, timing and costs before shipping.

Use the account support route for order issues, and keep passwords and payment details out of public posts.

Choose the matching problem

A shop grid opens
Open the item from the shop, then copy that product page’s address.
The link is short or wrapped in share text
Open it in a browser, wait for the redirect, and copy the final address.
The item ID is missing
Return to the source and copy again. Do not reconstruct the number from memory.
The listing is gone
Find a new candidate and review its seller, measurements and options as a new purchase.

A matching photograph is only a starting point

Sellers may use the same pictures for different options or products. Compare the source URL, shop, sizing and return terms before substituting a new listing in your order. Keep the old and new links separate so you can explain the change.

The source opens, but Hoobuy cannot import it

Send Hoobuy the full source URL and a description of what failed: no product loaded, a missing option, or a different item. Do not pay for a roughly similar imported item hoping the notes will fix it.
