Get help with the order you are working on
Choose the record involved, then send a short question with its reference. You do not need to write your whole shopping history.
For a common starting question, read the FAQ. For a saved URL, use the link reader or product-link troubleshooting. For the whole order, follow the Buying Guide.
Hoobuy help: who to contact
- Product options, measurements or stock
- Start with the seller’s current listing. Ask Hoobuy to clarify a source detail if it prevents an order.
- Payment, purchase, cancellation or QC
- Open the relevant order in your Hoobuy account and contact its support team.
- Packing, route, dispatch or tracking
- Use the parcel reference. Once a local carrier has it, follow that carrier’s delivery instructions.
Send an answerable message
For example: “Order [reference], blue size M: the warehouse label appears to say L. Please confirm the received size and tell me the available exchange steps before shipping.” Add a cropped image of the relevant label if it helps. Use the official account channel for private order details.
Shopping terms: QC, GL and RL
QC refers to inspection information or photographs. In community discussion, GL means “green light” and RL means “red light”: the commenter would accept or reject what they see. Neither is an account action. Check the actual order controls and contact support before a return deadline.
While waiting for a reply
Keep the order or parcel reference, date, selected option and your last message together. Avoid submitting the disputed item for shipping until the question is settled. Do not send passwords or authentication codes to anyone.
